Pam joined Telesource in 1993. As Human Resources Manager, Pam is involved in developing the best possible benefits/cost package for Telesource employees, as well as day-to-day administration of the plans. Pam strives to meet the challenge of continually improving employee benefits each year, recognizing that a competitive Benefits Plan is imperative when it comes to employee attraction and retention. Before accepting her position with Telesource, Pam worked as an executive assistant for Chrysler Corporation. Pam holds a Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Management and an Associates Degree in Executive Secretarial studies. |
