Mike came on board as an account manager with the Telesource team at the beginning of 2007. With a background in telecommunications and sales, he has since specialized in providing exceptional service and meeting the detailed needs of numerous state and private university customers along with city/county government entities. In addition, Mike manages a portion of Telesource's e-commerce website where he is well versed in key system configuration and maintenance. After growing up in Erie, PA Mike received his bachelor of the arts degree in May 2004. He graduated from Penn State with a BA in Telecommunications and a minor in Business. In his free time Mike is an avid guitar and bassist who greatly enjoys writing and recording music. With his entire family hailing from Cleveland Mike is also a die-hard Cleveland sports fan and loves traveling to meet friends and family in the city for games. Along with many other varied interests Mike enjoys golfing, fitness and fine dining.
